Vinay has been spearheading Symbiosis for more than two decades and has relentlessly followed his passion for making Symbiosis an Integrated Management Consulting Organization. He is closely working with Leading Multinationals and Indian Companies  on various Growth & Cost  initiatives.

Vinay is  a Post Graduate in  Management  with Degree in Electronics. He started his career with Leading Pharmaceutical Organizations in Projects and Engineering space before starting his Entrepreneurial journey. He has been Visiting Faculty to various Management and Engineering Institutes.

Gurpreet is  an Engineer has 3 decades of experience in OEM’s and has held roles in Sales &Marketing, Business Development and After Sales Service.

He has worked in Mahindra &Mahindra, Eicher, Yamaha, Honda Siel, Same Deutz in various  capacities.

Ruchi is BE (Electronics) and spearheading HR Operations, Content Development and Training  for almost 2 decades.

In initial years of her Career she  has worked as Development Engineer & handled IT Infrastructure  for reputed Organisations.

Gurleen has more than one decade of experience and is instrumental in handling  Business Development & Client Relationship Management for Symbiosis.

She's an MBA from Punjab University and has previously worked with some of the well known organisations in Operations before joining Symbiosis.

KS an Engineer has more than 4 decades of experience in Top notch OEM’s and has versatile exposure to handling Projects, Operations.

He held senior positions as Executive Director SML Isuzu, Ashok Leyland.

Manpreet , M.Tech and MBA has almost 3 decades of experience as techno commercial professional handling P&L. His Leadership, analytical and commercial skills are well backed up by strong exposure in Operations & SCM.

He has held senior positions as President ITL, Sr GM – M&M, Philips,
Electrloux and DCM.

Dinesh is an engineer has more than 3 decades of experience in Business Excellence, Quality Systems, Quality Control, Supplier Quality and Operations.

He served as Chief Ops. & Quality at GMR, General Motors, NewHolland, Yamaha and Ashok Leyland.

Rohit an Engineer and MBA has Technical professional with 20+ years of strong experience in Industrial operations, Business Excellence, M&A, JV’s and post merger Integration Lean six sigma (Certified Black belt), Change Management and Program management.

He has served as Director - Philips India and JCT Electronics.

Harpreet an Engineer, MBA is a senior HR professional with more than twenty three years of experience in Human Resources. Extensively worked on building HR
strategy, HR Process and policy framework . Have worked extensively on Organization design, Talent Management Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits.

He has served as VP - HR Huawei, MTS, HFCL, Alstom.

Ramanjeet an MBA is a seasoned HR Generalist Professional with almost 4 decades of diverse experience in handling Strategic, Tactical and Operational HR & IR/ER functions. He has handled highly charged IR environments and signed multiple LTS.

He has served companies like SML Isuzu, DCM, Ranbaxy, Vardhman & Toshiba Anand.

Mr Randhawa, a BE and MBA has almost 4 decades of experience in Tier1 Automotive MNC’s handling P&L. He has sound exposure to Export Marketing, , Business Development, Operations, Management &Strategy.

He  held positions as Managing Director at Mann + Hummel; Executive
Director of Sigma Vibracoustics, DCM Engineering.

KK is an HR professional with comprehensive strategic HR and Change management experience which spans over 3 decades. Has proven expertise in HR transformation, managing complex HR issues, like Change management, HR Workday Implementation, Organizing footprint of Industrial setups and its integration. LTS and closure of Industrial Units, Succession planning / Leadership pipeline development.

He worked with organizations like Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Electronics and
served as Director - Philips India Ltd.

Amit is an operations management professional having multinational experience spanning over 20 years. He has proven capabilities in enhancing the operations, optimizing resources . Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Lean Six Sigma.

He has worked with business houses like Schlumberger oilfield services, Marshal CNC machines, Amazon India, Oswal Infrastructure.
