Search Process:

  • We initiate our Search Process by Briefing from the client.
  • We visit the Client offices and meet up with key Executives to understand and have an overview of the Business Environment and Culture.
  • Share across a draft of the mandate and Candidate specification for Client approval. The Draft encompasses the Company detail, Role, Responsibilities, Goals and Competencies, Experience band and Qualification.
  • Start Research into Companies and targeted sectors though we heavily rely on our proprietary databank and Contact network.
  • We approach the potential candidate in a streamlined manner and validate an Assessment Report – Compilation of Proven skills, knowledge, attitude and abilities towards the mandate and seek the Interest level.
  • Personally meet him for further evaluation and conduct rigorous Competency based interview.
  • Introduce the Candidate to Client.
  • A thorough Reference Check is accomplished of the selected candidates.
  • Once the client is on the Offer mode, we as Search Consultants actively participate in the negotiation.
  • The Unsuccessful candidates are promptly and courteously informed.
  • Post closure of assignment; conduct Feedback Report from client to address Improvement areas.
  • Follow ups with Client and Candidate post joining.
